As you may have noticed, the INCEO Website has been off line since mid April.  The why and how we were off-line is a bit complicated and I shant go into the long of it.  Suffice to say that I am pleased to announce that the website has been relaunced as a WordPress site, hosting has been moved to Bluehost, and we are once again operational.

Over the next few weeks we will expand the site to include previous and new content.
