Season’s Greetings

Seasons Greetings

Thank you for the opportunity to serve the citizens of Indiana.  As you may know, INCEO’s mission is to promote better understanding of the values of employee ownership among business leaders, public officials, employees, members of the media, students, academics/academic institutions, consumers, and other persons and organizations in Indiana.

This year we participated with the Central Indiana Small Business Development Center in presenting an overview of Employee Stock Ownership Plans and benefits of employee ownership to business leaders.  Moderated and presented an ESOP Company panel at the 3rd annual Conference on Employee Stock Ownership Plans and Equity Compensation at Rutgers University, participated as a guest lecturer at Rutgers University. Worked with our State Legislators to draft Senate Resolution 35, and received public support for employee ownership from Governor Holcomb and Mayors Hogsett (Indianapolis), Henry (Fort Wayne), and Brainard (Carmel). INCEO was also very active in communicating about employee ownership on our social media channels, including FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and our Website @INCEO.ORG.

The Indiana Center for Employee Ownership is organized as a 501(c)(3) public charity.  As such donors can deduct contributions they make to INCEO under IRC Section 170.  Additionally INCEO is qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.  Donations (from Indiana citizens) may be made through Network for Good at our Guidestar Profile.  There is still time to make a tax-deductible donation for 2019.  Thank you for your help and support in promoting Employee-Ownership education in Indiana.
