Dr. Van Doel, will be attending and moderating a CEO panel discussion at the 3rd Annual Conference on Employee Stock Ownership Plans & Equity Compensation October 29, at Rutgers University.

ESOP Companies participating in the panel include:

• Mass. Bay Brewing Co, Aaron Moberger, Cellar Manager, and
• Performance Validation, Inc, Richard Van Doel, President and CEO.

The panel will include a brief overview of each company followed by a Q&A from the audience.  This will be a great opportunity to get your Employee Ownership and ESOP questions in front of 3 ESOP companies.

I cannot think of a better way to wrap up the Employee Ownership Month celebrations than having an opportunity to introduce our ESOPs to the conference attendees and have an opportunity to help spread the word on the benefits of ESOPs and employee ownership.
