Non-ESOP Business Owner Information

Who should own your business after you?  Check out Jane’s story in the below video:

Are you a business owner? Perhaps thinking about ownership transition, retirement, or wondering how you might preserve the legacy that you have built up over a lifetime – but do not want information/ advice from someone who is a salesperson for a firm providing ESOP professional services?  Are you an Indiana Chamber of Commerce looking for a speaker on employee ownership, ESOPs, company culture?

That’s where we fit in…

One of INCEO’s primary missions is to provide education to business owners to help them understand if an ESOP might be the right fit for your needs.  We are not in the business of selling services and do not charge a fee for our services.  Our role is to help the business owner understand the mechanisms of how an ESOP works, a simple approach to the feasibility study, so that you can make an informed decision if you elect to move forward with the professional service providers.   As INCEO’s President and CEO, Richard has a solid academic background with ESOPs, and in January of 2018 completed the transition of his business Performance Validation to a 100% Employee-Owned S-Corporation.
