INCEO has launched the Expert Professionals page on the INCEO website.  The intent behind this page is to provide a listing of service providers who have offices in Indiana, provide ESOP services to Indiana Companies, and support employee ownership through membership in The ESOP Association or the National Center for Employee Ownership, as well as, providing financial support to the Indiana Center for Employee Ownership.

Any firm or individual may apply to be included on the list. A firm or individual is eligible to apply based on the following qualifications:

• The firm or individual maintains an office in the State of Indiana that includes professionals who provide ESOP-related professional services ;
• The firm or individual describes at least five engagements (client name not required) in which it has provided ESOP-related services;
• The firm or individual submits at least two references/testimonials from ESOP companies or stakeholders and at least two references/testimonials from ESOP professionals who are members of the NCEO;
• The firm or individual has demonstrated a commitment to Employee Ownership in Indiana through support of the INCEO through financial and/or volunteer contributions as determined by the INCEO Board;
• The firm or individual is otherwise determined by the INCEO Board, in its discretion, to be of good character and reputation in the ESOP community.

The handling of referrals, and the determination of for a firm or individual being qualified to be placed on the list is the responsibility of the INCEO President/CEO, in furtherance of the efforts for fair play.
