The “ESOP Company of the Year” is a company that has a commitment to employee ownership, as evidenced by its:
The company should be financially solvent and should have had more than two (2) years of sponsoring an ESOP. It is not necessary that the company have any one style of
management, such as “work teams”, “TQM”, “employee committees”, etc.; but, overall, there is an understanding that, by some manner, the majority of employees feel a sense of ownership, and/or that the ESOP is important to the company and all individuals in the company.
This award will be presented to an ESOP Company for its demonstrated commitment to employee ownership and its success in maximizing the benefits of the ESOP. Below is a list of questions which might be helpful to consider when preparing your nomination:

Please submit a 1 to 3 page letter explaining why your company should be selected as the Indiana Chapter’s 2019 “ESOP Company of the Year.” PLEASE SUBMIT A WRITTEN EXPLANATION (GRAPHICS AND I OR PHOTOS CONTAINED WITHIN THE TEXT ARE ACCEPTABLE) BUT DO NOT EXCEED THREE (3) PAGES.
