Did you Know… According to the 2021 DOL 5500 reports, Indiana is home to 177 ESOPs, which cover 168 thousand Hoosiers, with total plan assets exceeding 23 billion dollars! This is an average ESOP account balance of ~ $139,000, slightly higher than Vanguards 401K average of ~129K! Go ESOPs!
